Consultant in Biodynamic Viticulture
Since 2004 I have been practicing as a consultant in Biodynamic Viticulture and I deal with both agronomic and cellar aspects.
My approach is practical and rational: I focus on direct experience and scientific research rather than theoretical and philosophical speculations.
In 2006 I started my “Terre di Giotto” farm, about three hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Vicchio del Mugello, in the Tuscan Apennines, where I produce 10,000 bottles a year.
I work only in Biodynamics.
